![]() ![]() Can you clarify that? If I thought they were an intelligent race I might shoot them less. GIRAFFASAUR - I was confused by the text on the AF- it suggest they "are" the ancients, but they behave more like drones, and I always assumed that is what they represented - ancient tech, not ancients themselves. Perhaps the ship AI could announce their presence somehow? It's also a bit unclear when the allies are present versus the enemies, compared to Elek for instance. If I had to guess, on normal difficulty, I'd say the appearance is 5% Anc, 8% G&B, and 11ish% for Elek. They seem to enjoy picking on non hostile G&B turrets for some reason. Your skills, experience, and talent for improvisation will be tested continuously as you piece. It takes you on a challenging journey through an ever-changing, beautifully crafted universe full of surprises. ![]() They are unlocked by defeating Ancients at Ancient Depots (one glyph per depot) and going close to the monolith. EVERSPACE is an action-focused single-player space shooter, combining roguelike elements with top-notch visuals and a captivating story. The ancients are quiet and slow - dangerous to most enemies but more handy for the DE they drop IMO, and a problem when they find an ally they can attack instead of focusing on enemies. Glyphs are a type of enhancement in Everspace. Elek is great though - announces himself and sticks around for a while. The G&B are worthless because they jump out of the system almost immediately. Unlike Elek or G&B though, they don't always appear early, and they don't seem to appear nearby (as much), which may be why people don't always notice. I use this on a regular basis and they seem to spawn about once for every 2 systems, or 2-3 times per run generally. ![]()
